Single tickets are available at vending machines at any station. Credit Cards usually accepted. High frequencies on metro, lower on busses and trains.
Tickets for single rides are pretty expensive, so consider buying a T10-Card. It allows for 10 single rides and can also be used by groups (e.g. for two people slide it twice when entering a metro station). Cost per ride is about half off single ride price. Or buy a day ticket (for individual use only). Several visitor pass concepts available, too.
